Send It to the Desk
Corrections, arguments, review suggestions and real technical problems are welcome. Specific messages get read; vague sales pitches meet the spike.
A useful message says what happened, where it happened and why it matters. A very useful one names the article too. This saves an archaeological expedition through the archive.
What belongs on the desk
- CorrectionsA factual error, broken source or detail worth rechecking.
- SuggestionsA film, show, game or piece of technology genuinely worth covering.
- DisagreementsSpecific ones. “You are wrong” is a headline, not a letter.
- Site issuesA real broken image, unreadable page or interaction that failed.
If the message begins with “I noticed problems with your website,” please include the actual problem. The delete key dislikes suspense.
