Ed, Apparently

Technology writer, copywriter, journalist, IT enthusiast, movie buff, otaku and gamer. It reads like an identity crisis. It is really the table of contents.

Hello, my name is Edmon J. Abdul Nur. EdReviews101 is where my interests stop competing for desk space and start arguing with one another in public.

The site covers film, television, games and technology, but the subject is rarely only the object being reviewed. A movie can become an argument about the society applauding it. A phone can expose the compromises we have learned to call progress. That detour is usually where the review gets interesting.

The ratings matter. The rambling matters too—provided it eventually arrives somewhere.

01

Film & Television

Story, performance, craft and the consequences hiding behind the spectacle.

02

Games

The systems we play, the time they demand and whether the bargain was worth it.

03

Technology

Products, platforms and the human decisions disguised as inevitable progress.

04

The Angle

Irony first, evidence close behind, and a verdict that belongs to the work being reviewed.
